1. Service and eligibility
Gotthard Panic is an iOS and Android arcade game with local and online progress, a guest profile, an optional account, daily challenges and leaderboards. You must have the legal capacity required in your country. If you are a minor, use the service with a parent or guardian’s permission where required.
2. Accounts
- You are responsible for accurate information, password confidentiality and activity under your account.
- A guest profile depends on the token stored on the device. Reinstalling, losing the device or clearing storage may make an unregistered guest profile unrecoverable.
- Do not sell, transfer or share an account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
- You may sign out or delete the account. Deletion is permanent for online data and does not cancel store-managed purchases.
3. Use rules
- Do not tamper with the client, API, leaderboards, scores or advertising mechanisms.
- Do not use automation, exploits, unauthorized software or artificial requests to gain an advantage or disrupt the service.
- Do not access another person’s account, systems or data, bypass technical limits or harm security or availability.
- Any public nickname must be lawful and respectful. We may remove fraudulent results or unlawful content.
4. Leaderboards and online availability
Valid daily challenge results may appear publicly with a nickname or Driver alias. Anti-abuse rules may reject incomplete, changed, expired or technically impossible results.
We do not promise that the API, sync, challenges or leaderboards will always be available or error-free. We may maintain the service, correct results and change or stop online features for technical, security or legal reasons.
5. Advertising and purchases
A version of the game may show ads between rounds. In-app privacy options govern advertising data where required.
The one-time remove-ads purchase, when enabled, is sold by Apple App Store or Google Play. Price, payment, tax, refunds and restoration follow store terms; this product does not renew. It removes in-game ads on the same store ecosystem when entitlement is verified. It does not create a Gotthard Panic account or erase store data.
6. Licence and intellectual property
We give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the game on supported devices. Gotthard Panic, code, art, audio, text, marks and other content remain with their respective owners. You may not copy, distribute derivatives, sell, extract or use them commercially except as allowed by law.
7. Updates and termination
We may release updates for security, compatibility, fixes or features. We may suspend or close access for breach of these terms, fraud, risk to others or a legal requirement. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy. You may stop using the service at any time.
8. Warranties and liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and under mandatory consumer rights. To the extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete freedom from errors or compatibility with every device.
We do not exclude liability where the law forbids it, including for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury where applicable. Otherwise, liability is limited to direct, foreseeable loss caused by our breach. The game is entertainment and is not a real traffic simulation or driving guide.
9. Law, changes and contact
Mandatory rules of your country of residence apply. For matters not covered by those rules, the law at the operator’s seat and the courts selected by applicable law govern.
